Chip Chat was a research project; a series of speculative outcomes based on visits to my local markets (Fakenham & Norwich).
There was no end point in mind - Chip Chat was an opportunity to experiment and play; ultimately to get people chatting.
Outcomes ranged from highlighting the benefits of shopping locally, to celebrating the iconic colloquial chit chat of Norfolk.

Offer a free sweet treat with each portion of chips: a new fruit to try from an Asian vendour. Encourages collaboration between traditional chip stands and new Asian food stalls.
